Once you select your desired home, complete the online application, submit the application fee and holding deposit, and provide the necessary documentation. Applicants are screened for income, credit, rental history, and public records. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.
Most applications are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after all required information has been submitted.
Beacon Ridge offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 18 months. Lease options may vary depending on availability and the time of year, so please contact our leasing office for current details.
Yes! To join our priority waitlist, complete an online application and submit the $50 application fee and $500 holding deposit. Our team will notify you as soon as your preferred floor plan becomes available.

Yes. A $50 non-refundable application fee per person is required to process your application, along with a $1,250 holding deposit that will be applied to your security deposit once approved.
Yes, all residents must carry renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000 for the duration of their lease.

Pet Policies
Yes! Beacon Ridge is a pet-friendly community in Plymouth that welcomes both cats and dogs.
We allow up to two dogs and one cat per home. Pet fees include a $250 one-time fee per pet, a $300 refundable deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. There is no weight limit for dogs, but aggressive breeds are restricted. Please contact our leasing team for a full list of restricted breeds.
Yes. Beacon Ridge includes an on-site dog park and scenic walking trails throughout the neighborhood, creating a welcoming environment for residents and their pets.

Yes, Beacon Ridge is a smoke-free community for the health and comfort of all residents.
Rent payments can be made securely online through our resident portal using ACH transfer or major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
Maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through the online resident portal. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 by calling our main office.
If you need to end your lease early, an early termination fee will apply. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact our leasing team for specific details.
Subletting is not permitted at Beacon Ridge.
Guests are always welcome at Beacon Ridge. For extended stays, please contact the leasing office for prior approval. Refer to your lease agreement for full details.
